Job Description:

  • Hands on IoT development and configuration.
  • Contribute to IoT Solution development, architecture and infrastructure design, technology build and deployment activities on multiple platforms.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on IoT, Industry 4.0 or Digital Transformation experience
  • Must have contributed significantly to at least one IoT / Connected Product / Operation project and be able to describe those contributions and resultant value to client.
  • Expertise in ThingWorx a must, preferably should have worked in solution development on ThingWorx Application Development.
  • Good Understanding in the core concepts and fundamentals of ThingWorx platform like Thing, Thing Template, Thing Shapes, Data Shapes.
  • Should have experience in developing ThingWorx extension.
  • Should have developed and delivered Visualization/UI components using Mashup, Gadgets & Dashboards.
  • Should have experience in configuring & connecting to Windchill SSO.
  • Experience in commissioning / configuring & connecting sensors and devices to the platform adds advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements and design and develop solutions in accordance.
  • Root cause analysis of defects and suggest/develop fixes.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and components.
  • Volunteer to help other team members whenever possible.
  • Design interfaces to improve user experience
  • Opportunity to recommend and establish best practices in development.

Management Skills for Senior Level :

  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients
  • Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
  • Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
  • Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end

Required Skillset:

  • ThingWorx, WebServices REST, OOP, Java, Javascript, jQuery
